This group of clients has a special interest to him as he understands the difficulties that many millennials are currently facing when trying to acquire housing.

Born and raised on the West Side of Cincinnati, Evan attended Oak Hills High School before graduating and heading south for Coastal Carolina University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

From Evan:
“Buying or selling a home can be one of the more anxiety inducing ventures a person can undertake. However, I believe the real estate process can be so much more. When clients work with us I want them to walk away saying that they learned a lot, enjoyed the experience and ultimately had their expectations exceeded.

I have a deep understanding of the real estate industry as a whole. Growing up and learning the ins and outs of the business from my father has allowed me to truly advise my clients on how to best navigate this often tricky endeavor. My main mantra both in business and in life has always been “treat others how you’d like to be treated”. With this in mind, I always make sure my clients wants and needs are the top priority. At the end of a successful transaction, I want our clients to sign with a smile and know they had somebody fighting for their best interest the entire way through.”
